European Union / EEA Consumers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

Nothing in this policy limits that statutory right. Where our standard 30-day return window described above is longer and more favourable to you, that longer window applies instead.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lunar Elegance — lunarelegance.shop@gmail.com) of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any supplementary costs arising because you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or you supply evidence of having sent the goods back. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Return shipping. Lunar Elegance covers the direct cost of returning the goods.

Hygiene exclusion. Hijabs, scarves and accessories are final sale once their sealed packaging has been opened, and are excluded from the right of withdrawal on grounds of health protection and hygiene (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e)).
