What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, which supports all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). You don't need a PayPal account to pay — you can check out as a guest.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Email us at lunarelegance.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What size are your hijabs?
Our hijab shawls are 80cm x 180cm unless otherwise noted.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping: 10-20 business days. Express shipping: 5-10 business days. Processing: 1-3 business days.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide! If your country isn't available at checkout, email us.

Will I have to pay customs duties?
Some countries charge import duties. These fees are the recipient's responsibility.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Can I return hijabs?
For hygiene reasons, hijabs are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I get a refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
