At Lunar Elegance, we want you to love every piece you order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags attached
- In the original packaging
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hijabs and head scarves (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
How to Start a Return
- Email us at lunarelegance.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and the return address
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal). Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After 12 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
