Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is calculated by parcel weight. Most single scarves fall in the lightest tier.

Standard-rate regions: Middle East (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman), Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia), Europe (incl. United Kingdom), North America (United States, Canada), Oceania (Australia, New Zealand). All other destinations use the "Rest of the world" rates.
Expedited shipping is not available. All orders are sent by standard shipping.
Free standard shipping on all orders over $69, or on any order with 3 or more items. Applies to standard shipping only.

- Standard shipping: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and start after the 1–3 business day processing period.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, please email us.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, public health situations (including pandemic-related disruptions) or peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Wrong Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
